Microsoft has ended its 14-day trial period on the Xbox Game Pass two weeks before the launch of Bethesda’s space exploration title, Starfield.
Starfield: Why did Microsoft remove the Xbox Game Pass trial deal?
Originally, the highly anticipated Sci-Fi game Starfield was scheduled to be available on day one release for Xbox Game Pass subscribers. However, it has recently come to light that Microsoft has removed the previously offered $1 trial deal for the game. This change has been speculated to be due to the game’s imminent launch, which is expected to draw significant interest from gamers worldwide.

When the subscription first dropped, the deal was available for three months, which was later lowered to just one month and now 14 days. This means that gamers must pay the full price for the monthly subscription to get access to Starfield at launch. Microsoft was criticized for not having major titles in its Game Pass, so it’s clear that the company is trying to make the most of Starfield’s launch.
