When it comes to gaming on the go, many people think of gaming laptops. However, the limited screen size may not provide an immersive gaming experience. Samsung has recently announced the Freestyle Gen 2 smart projector with the Samsung Gaming Hub to address this issue and allow gamers to play their favourite games on a larger screen.
Samsung Freestyle Gen 2: What features does it offer?
The Freestyle Gen 2 is a portable projector that allows you to transform any wall or ceiling into a large entertainment screen. With Samsung Gaming Hub support, users can play their favourite titles from Xbox and other game streaming platforms without a console, allowing you to play over 3,000 games from Xbox and Nvidia GeForce NOW streaming services.

The portable projector also supports YouTube, Spotify, and Twitch, allowing you to multitask while gaming. One of its highlighting features is the support for 30-inch to 100-inch output sizes, which is perfect for casual gaming.
The device features 5W speakers that provide an immersive audio experience with 360-degree sound projection, enhancing the overall viewing or listening experience. It is equipped with Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2 technology for seamless wireless connectivity.
Additionally, a built-in HDMI-CEC port allows for easy wired connections to other devices. The visual quality is further improved by its support for HDR10+ and the inclusion of the Crystel Picture Engine, delivering vibrant and detailed images. The display boasts Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080p), ensuring crisp and clear picture quality.
Running on the Tizen operating system, the device offers a user-friendly interface and access to Samsung TV Plus for a variety of entertainment options. Moreover, users can interact with the device using the Amazon Alexa Voice Assistant, making it even more convenient to control and navigate its features.
