A new product for racing game enthusiasts has been announced by Logitech. The Logitech Playseat Challenge X has a unique design that allows for an immersive racing experience with its cockpit simulation. Here are all the details.

Logitech Playseat Challenge X: What makes it special?

Unlike regular gaming chairs, the Playseat Challenge X features a foldable body that supports the use of Logitech G series racing wheels and pedals. Although, you will need to buy these accessories separately. It has a lightweight body, and its shape simulates a racing cockpit. Thanks to this design, racing game fans can expect to get an extremely immersive experience as they hit the virtual roads at high speeds. It supports a maximum user weight of 359 pounds or around 163 kilograms.

As per official notes, the Playseat Challenge X uses a durable steel frame and breathable Actifit material seat for comfort. The cockpit even features a gear shift mount and a tilting pedal mount that is included with the racing cockpit. It is very easy to set up or store the cockpit, making transporting to and from LAN parties and other racing events easier. The company claims this is a great choice for beginners and experienced racing sim gamers.

The Playseat Challenge X – Logitech G Edition has a retail price tag of $299 and €299. The racing simulator cockpit is currently available for purchase via major retailers and the company’s official website.
