Developed and released by DogByte Games, OTR – Offroad Car Driving Game is an open-world offroad driving simulation. Experience the thrill of offroad driving as you drive around various terrains, rocky plains, sand beaches, snowfields, Valleys, and frozen lakes. Featuring a total of 48 different offroading vehicles, such as 4×4 offroading cars, Trucks, offroad Behemoths, Boats, and even helicopters.
The game’s objective is simple: have a taste of the freedom offroading brings in this extremely accurate driving simulation. Climb the highest peak of the mountains or fly across canyons; the game is purely designed to recreate the experience of driving in off-road environments. In addition, players can collect coins by driving around the map and even participating in competitions such as destruction derby, checkpoint hunting, transportation challenges, and much more.
We have prepared a little guide offering you a walkthrough to the OTR – Offroad Car Driving to help you optimize your gaming experience and allow you to reach the top.
Getting Started
OTR – Offroad Car Driving doesn’t have a proper tutorial, so players start the game on a boat and need to figure out what to do while exploring the map. Upon reaching land, players can get into an offroading 4×4 and drive around the islands.
Once the formalities of the game are finished, players are shown the main menu, which includes 3 different game modes:
- Online Quick Play
- Online Multiplayer
- Local Multiplayer

Online Quick Play
In the Online Quick Play game mode, players can enter random rooms that other players made. First, check what server you are currently playing on to enter public servers with the lowest ping and lag. Then, drive around with other players completing transportation quests to earn money and help finish the construction of various buildings. Since this is the quick-play game mode, players don’t get to choose whose room they enter, but the driving experience is the same.
Online Multiplayer
In the Online Multiplayer game mode, players can choose whose room they want to enter or choose to create a room of their own where other players can join in. Players can see the activity in each room before entering one, along with the ping and the country. In addition, in the online multiplayer game mode, players can put a nickname and passcode on the room they create, allowing only select players to enter it. Finally, players can’t exit their vehicles in the multiplayer game mode; this is likely to prevent players from driving vehicles they haven’t unlocked yet.
Local Multiplayer
In the Local Multiplayer game mode, players create a room in their server on a random, unlike in the online multiplayer game mode, anyone can join the room. In this game mode, the player can choose to host a room or join any random locally available room created by fellow players based on their geographical location. When hosting a room, players get absolute control over the frequency of challenges during the session. The challenges available include Coin collector, Destruction, Airtime, King of the Hill, Bomb tag, Transport, and many more.
Interface
Aside from the multiplayer game modes, it’s key to remember that OTR – Offroad Car Driving is a driving simulation mainly designed for offline gameplay. However, here are the game’s features to enhance the players’ experience.
Camera Angles
To allow players to get an immersive game experience, the developers put in 4 different camera angles first-person camera 1, first-person camera 2, race camera 1, and race camera 2. Along with the adjustable camera angle, this allows players to experience the game as they see fit and get the most out of the game.
Different Maps
Featuring over 6 different unlockable maps, players have so much offroading to experience. Each map has its progress percentage to be completed, and this can be done by collecting coins, completing different challenges, and reaching various checkpoints. Additionally, players can save up coins to unlock new maps and drive in them. The maps include shores, snowfields, red canyons, volcanoes, valleys, and frozen lakes.

Character Customization
Aside from the driving simulation, OTR – Offroad Car Driving allows players to exit their vehicles and enter different ones. This means each player has his/her character to move around, and the game allows players to customize their character. Choose your character’s skin colour, gender, hairstyle, and even the outfits as you see fit by purchasing the items on the game’s store page for in-game coins.

Vehicle Menu
In the Vehicle Menu, players can check out all the offroading vehicles the game offers. Browse through the different categories and see how many cards you require to unlock all OTR- Offroad Car Driving vehicles. Although players can unlock these vehicles by using in-app purchases. Almost all the cars available in the game can be unlocked just by finishing different missions.
Vehicle Optimization
In Vehicle optimization, players can personalize their vehicles by changing and tuning certain parts. Choose the colour and design of your car, and give it your vision while maintaining its offroading abilities. Mix and match parts of the car to improve the base abilities of the car and reach even newer heights and terrains.

Conclusion
All in all, OTR – Offroad Car Driving is truly one of the best mobile gaming experiences. Cool and immersive visual designs, incredible depth to the game, real-life physics, and completely free to play. It is quite evident that the developers have put a lot of time and energy into making this game. So hit the roads and test your skills as a driver by challenging yourself on unique terrains.
