Gran Turismo 7 v1.38 update brings Mazda Mazda3 Gr.4 and other cars to the game

The well-known racing simulation game series, Gran Turismo 7, has recently been updated, to version 1.38, which includes fresh content and features. This update can be downloaded on both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles.

The update brings three new cars to the game’s list of vehicles, each with its unique characteristics and performance. The new cars include:

Garage RCR Civic: A custom-built time attack car that won the Gran Turismo Award in 2017 at the SEMA show. It features a wide body kit, a carbon fibre hood, and a turbocharged K24 engine that produces over 300 horsepower.
Honda Civic Type R ’22: The sixth generation of the legendary hatch that debuted in 2021. It has a refined design, improved aerodynamics, and a 2-litre turbocharged engine that delivers 325 horsepower and 42 kgfm of torque.
Mazda Mazda3 Gr.4: A racing version of the Mazda3 hatchback that competes in the Gr.4 category of Gran Turismo Sport Mode. It has a lightweight body, a sporty suspension, and a powerful 2.2L SKYACTIV-G engine that produces roughly 236.7 BHP~256.4 BHP and 45 kgfm of torque.

The update also adds new events and extra menus to the game’s World Circuits and GT Cafe modes. Players can now experience new races on various tracks, such as Trial Mountain Circuit, Tokyo Expressway – Central Inner Loop, and Autopolis International Racing Course. Additionally, players can unlock two new extra menus by reaching collector levels 39 and 42, which would essentially allow them to interact with car designers and other characters related to specific car models.

Furthermore, the v1.38 update of Gran Turismo 7 introduces a new escape location to the game’s photo mode. The update also fixes some minor issues and improves the overall stability and performance of the game.

Gran Turismo 7 is a racing simulation game aiming to deliver players the ultimate driving experience. It features over 400 cars, dozens of tracks, realistic physics and graphics, dynamic weather and time changes, and various modes and features that cater to different preferences and skill levels. The game was released on March 4, 2022, for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles.
