If you’re a fan of Diablo Immortal, you’ll be excited to hear about the upcoming Dark Rebirth update from Blizzard Entertainment. Launching on September 21, 2023, this update will allow players to delve deeper into the Tristram Cathedral, participate in the new Alley of Blood team-based PvP activity, and discover three new Legendary Gems. Additionally, certain features will be adjusted for an even better gaming experience. There’s much to look forward to with this update!
With the new Dark Rebirth update, players will revisit the iconic locations in the Diablo universe with the Mad King’s manor and the brand new Tristram Cathedral Dungeon. You will face off against The Butcher and a new malicious enemy alongside other challenges as you explore the cathedral and its secrets.
Then there’s the all-new team-based, single-lane PvP activity called “Alley of Blood”, where Shadow Clans can prove themselves in the Shadow War and clash against Immortals for bonuses in the new Vigil of Blades component of Cycle of Strife. A variant of Alley of Blood is also available to play during a new limited-time event. Moreover, from September 21, 3 a.m. to October 5, 3 a.m. server time, a 4v4 version of Alley of Blood will be available for players.

Next, players will have two ways to get involved in Vigil of Blades with the Predictions system and Spectator mode. Within the Faction menu of the Cycle of Strife tab, one can now see the status of the conflict between Shadows and Immortals and cast their predictions for who will win the battle. Those who predict will receive rewards, and those who predict correctly will receive bonus rewards.
Furthermore, a new limited-time event called Champions’ Revolt will run from September 21, 3 a.m. till October 8, 3 a.m. server time. Players will go through Champion’s Revolt tasks to receive Champion’s Commendations. Once you have enough, you can exchange them for rewards such as Gold, Scrap Materials, Enchanted Dust, Legendary Items, Telluric Pearls, and Legendary Crests.
Not only this, but more new content is coming with the Dark Rebirth update of Diablo Immortal, such as three new Legendary Gems, Season 18 Battle Pass, new cosmetics in the Phantom Market, Recruit a Friend and Hungering Moon returning, and much more.
