Deal with the Devil Mission: What’s it all about?
The Deal with the Devil is a part of the level one Shadow Company faction’s challenges. The mission takes advantage of a new feature on DMZ Season 5, which is the Disguise Field Upgrade. This gameplay mechanic basically lets you put on disguises like Agent 47 in Hitman and trick the enemy AI into believing that you’re an ally. How to Beat Deal with Devil
The most crucial part of the mission is finding the disguise. These can be found in duffel bags but their spawns don’t appear to be fixed, so exploration is key. If you’re lucky, you might run into one of these quickly. People have found it inside train carriages and even inside a Stronghold on Ashika Island. So the best advice is to literally check every building. Once you find a disguise, the enemies won’t consider you hostile till you don’t fire at them or interact with items.
Getting too close to an enemy might raise their suspicions as well. With the disguise equipped, you need to buy an item from the Scavenger’s buy station. Now this is where the fun starts, you’ll have to eliminate enemy players or wait for enough of them to die to have the Scavenger appear (choose between being a rat or a predator). After the NPC spawns, talk to him to gain access to the Scavenger’s buy station.
Remember to not fight the Scavenger to access the rare buy station. Ensure you have enough cash while accessing the shop to get the item to complete the challenge. Succeeding the Deal with the Devil mission will reward you with an L2 Restricted Zone Key, over 5000xp points, and 100 Shadow Company Reputation points.
