Borderlands 3 is celebrating its fourth anniversary with free rewards for players. Gearbox released the game four years ago.

Borderlands 3 first launched in 2019 and is set in the fictional planet of Pandora. The title is a first-person looter shooter in an open world. The game features role-playing elements and a unique art style, which makes it stand out. You can play the game solo or as a co-op.

Borderlands 3 4th Anniversary: What’s the reward?

Gearbox Entertainment, the game developer, is bringing a bunch of freebies for Borderlands 3. You can get your hands on four Golden Keys and a Diamond Key. These keys can be used to gain access to new loot, which will help the players’ journey in Pandora. Since Borderlands 3 is a looter shooter, gaining access to these keys will improve your gameplay experience.

For those unaware, the Golden Keys can open special Golden Chests for great equipment, while Diamonds Keys offers some amazing gear. These keys will let you visit the Diamond Armory, that is filled with top-end gear. Here, you can choose between three pieces of equipment and a guaranteed Legendary grade item in the Diamond Chest.

How to get these rewards

As per the official tweet, Borderland 3’s 4th anniversary is giving out four Golden keys and a Diamond Key in today’s Hellshock key. To redeem this reward, the tweet also shared a limited-time code (CS5TJ-HJXB6-WSTRC-Z3T3J-W5TTZ). You can redeem this code by entering this code in-game or going to the official Gearbox Shift website. It is worth noting that the code will expire on 31 October 2023. So, you still have a while before this free reward goes away.
