Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) is partnering with luxury car maker Aston Martin for an in-game “Aston Martin Speed Drift” event and new cosmetics in the mobile battle royale game.

Aston Martin is an iconic global brand that is often associated with building cars that blend style, luxury, performance, and exclusivity. It is a British automobile company that often makes an appearance in the James Bond movie franchise.

BGMI x Aston Martin: What’s New?

One of the biggest new features in the BGMI X Aston Martin collaboration is the new “Aston Martin Speed Drift” event. The mobile game is receiving a special event, which will be live until 10th October 2023. The Aston Martin Speed Drift game mode is live for a limited time, and participating in this event can earn exclusive outfits, gun skins, and much more. To participate in the new event, gamers need to select the “Start Accelerating” option in the main menu.

Alongside the new event, players will also receive an opportunity to get their hands on exclusive vehicle skins that are inspired by the Aston Martin. You can get these skins by exchanging Lucky badges using the BGMI’s in-game currency, UC. The new BGMI update will introduce skins based on three popular sports cars, including the Valkyrie, DBX707, and DBS Volante. The Aston Martin DBS Volante stands out as it features a convertible design, letting you open and close the roof.

These are high-performance cars that will arrive with exclusive colour options. Gamers who get these cars also get access to a bunch of new in-game rewards. Progressing through the event will unlock fresh rewards, including mythic and legendary items. The initial cost for the event is 60 UC, with subsequent ‘accelerations’ featuring increasing costs. This update brings a breath of fresh air to the battle royale title, adding new content to retain its player base.
